MINI-SESSION AGREEMENT

PORTRAIT SESSION: Client is guaranteed up to 15 minutes of shooting time.

CANCELLATION/POSTPONEMENT: 48 hours notice of postponements or cancellations is appreciated. Deposit will be refunded if the time slot is filled by another client. If the time slot is not filled - the non refundable deposit will become a credit to be used at the customer's discretion.

COOPERATION/NO SHOWS: Client will arrive 10 minutes early due to short shooting window. Photographer is not responsible if Client and/or key individuals fail to appear or cooperate during portrait sessions.

COPYRIGHT: All images are copyrighted to and remain the property of Albright Studio Photography.

CLIENT’S USAGE: Client is obtaining prints for personal use only, and shall not sell said prints or authorize any reproductions. (etc. etc.)
